Digital & Wireless Room Thermostats

Room Thermostat

The Danfoss range of room thermostats includes digital, wireless programmable models. To complement the electro-mechanical models Danfoss Randall produce a range of electronic room thermostats, which have a matching style to that of the RMT. The RET range is based upon a wallplate construction, allowing for ease of installation.

The RET range of electronic thermostats are available in 24V and 230V versions. All models incorporate an electronic anticipator heater to improve thermal performance. The thermostats are available in various configurations, including versions with voltage free contacts and LED status indication.

Radiator Thermostats

Danfoss are world leaders in the design and manufacture of radiator thermostats. Having invented the concept in 1943, Danfoss have in the ensuing years, gone on to develop and manufacture numerous generations of radiator thermostats, offering ever improved performance.

Time Controls

A comprehensive range of programmable and non-programmable time controls to suit all standard applications - Timeswitches, Programmers and Commercial Time Controls.

Underfloor Heating Controls

From the start of the concept Danfoss has been continually developing control components for underfloor heating, and they are now the control manufacturer with both the greatest product portfolio for UFH controls and the one with the widest experience in the field.

Underfloor Heating

Underfloor heating is far from a new concept, it was first used by the Romans whose dwellings were constructed with voids through which air, warmed by an open fire, would pass, thus heating the structure. Underfloor heating is not a new concept in the UK either. In the past electric heating elements were buried within floor screeds. These were heated over night using 'cheap rate' electricity. However, this method was expensive to run and uncontrollable and the building would over heat during the day but in the evening, when heat is generally required, no further heat was available.

Utilising today's modern multilayer pipes, control systems and high efficiency boilers, the underfloor heating systems of today are extremely comfortable and controllable. Radiators are no longer needed so giving more room space. The heat is more evenly distributed and dust is not circulated.
